Memorial Library

       The library is open Monday through Thursday from 7:15 am to 8:00 pm, and Friday from 8:40 am to 4:00 pm.  We provide full service which includes after-school tutoring, research, quiet study, internet searching, and word processing.  A copier is available for 5 cents per page.

PASSES

When using the library during the day, please be sure to have a pass from your teacher.  The pass MUST have the following:

• Your name

• Your teacher's name (legible)

• Date

• Time

• "To the library" written on it

ENTERING & EXITING

To use the library reading room please enter and exit through the glass doors leading directly into the library.  DO NOT use the back doors to enter or exit the library reading room.

PRINTING

Black & white computer printing is free; color prints have a small fee.  That fee depends on the amount of color required.  Please check at the circulation desk if you wish to print in color and to get the price for your particular copy.

BEHAVIOR

Please be considerate of others when using the library.  Do not talk above a whisper or carry on full conversations.  The library is a place for quiet reading, study, and research.  If you are behaving inappropriately, you will be asked to leave.  Gum, food, and drinks are NOT allowed in the library.

BOOKS & Internet

A current ID card is required to check out books or computers.  You may check out up to 4 books total for 2 weeks.  They may be renewed twice. 

An overdue charge of 10 cents per day will be assessed for all late materials.

All Internet computers must be checked out from the circulation desk.  We will assign you to a computer. You must first have an Internet agreement slip on file before using the Internet.
