We provide full service which includes after-school tutoring, research, quiet study, internet searching, and word processing.
Scanner: Follow these directions for using the scanner. If you want to print in color, choose the color printer.
Photocopies: A copier is available for students. Copies are 5 cents each.
Printing: Black & white computer printing is free; color prints have a small fee. That fee depends on the amount of color required. Please check at the circulation desk if you wish to print in color and to get the price for your particular copy.
Tutoring: A Math and English teacher will be available for tutoring in the library Monday-Thursday 3-5p. A Library Staff member will also be available to help you with library-related questions.
Library Books: A current ID card is required to check out books. You may check out up to 4 books total for 2 weeks. They may be renewed twice.
Overdues: An overdue charge of 10 cents per day will be assessed for all late materials. If your overdue fines exceed $2.50 or your book is over a month late, you may not check out library books or computers.
Computers: A current ID card is required to check out computers. All Internet computers must be checked out from the circulation desk. We will assign you to a computer. You must abide by the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) you signed at registration. For more information, see a copy at the Circ. Desk.
Video Collection: Our video collection is only for teacher checkout. Click here to find a list of the videos we currently hold. (This list is also available on the M Drive in the Library folder). See Jan Jones for more information.
Passes: When using the library during the day, please be sure to have a pass from your teacher and sign in. The pass MUST have the following:

Entering & Exiting: To use the library reading room please enter and exit through the glass doors leading directly into the library. DO NOT use the back doors to enter or exit the library reading room.
Behavior: Please be considerate of others when using the library. The library is a place for quiet reading, study, and research. If you are behaving inappropriately, you will be asked to leave. Gum, food, and drinks are NOT allowed in the library.
Cell Phones & Other Electronic Devices: According to District policy: Electronic equipment including pagers and cell phones are to be turned off in the classroom (this includes the library). Other personal electronic equipment such as iPods, mp3 players, CD players, PSPs, cameras, video cameras, and other electronic devices are NOT ALLOWED on CAMPUS.
Electronic Equipment Consequences
1st Offense - Equipment will be confiscated and will be returned at the end of the day.
2nd Offense- Equipment will be confiscated and will be returned only to parent/guardian.
3rd Offense- Equipment will be confiscated and will be returned at the end of the semester.
4th Offense- Equipment will be confiscated. The student will be suspended for defiance and a parent conference will be scheduled.
